We are looking for someone with a passion for OD to role model our organisational values, to provide support in the implementation and delivery of the OD elements of our People Plan.
This role is varied and interesting. The successful candidate will support the health board’s core learning and OD provision including organisational induction, Development programmes, along with other related OD projects.
You will be joining a talented team, whose focus is on the delivery of excellent services to employees, visitors and service users of Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.

- Utilise a range of creative OD methodologies to meet the learning needs of the workforce.
- Where training needs are identified the post holder will be required to analyse and evaluate the range of learning and development options available and agree delivery styles e.g. e-Learning/classroom/self-directed/virtual and agree the appropriate training method based on the needs of the service area and learner.
- Provide advice and support to help colleagues regarding appropriate learning opportunities that promote continuous development and personal growth
- Work with the wider Organisational Development team to ensure activity is aligned to Organisational and national strategies
- To plan and prioritise own work, to ensure effective support to all areas and delivery of key objectives and refer any concerns to line manager when necessary
