Job overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Secretary to join the Caerphilly Older Adult Mental Health Team based at Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr, Ystrad Mynach. 

Main duties of the job

We are seeking someone who has previously worked within an administrative position. They will be expected to demonstrate excellent organisational and IT skills. Be flexible and adaptable in their approach to work within the team. Must be able to work on their own initiative, use tact and diplomacy where appropriate and possess excellent communication skills.

Knowledge of hospital systems would be beneficial.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
