Part Time hours can be worked as part days across the week or Full Days for part of the week.

We are seeking applications for the new role of Recruitment Administrator in as part of the ongoing Recruitment and Shared Services Department restructure.

Join us in an exciting period of growth and transformation! As we enhance our recruitment strategies and systems, influenced by recent Lean workshops and other pivotal changes with our TRAC system, we seek dynamic professionals to be part of our evolving recruitment team.

Main duties of the job

  • To regularly monitor approved vacancies on the TRAC system, review and apply next steps 
    as appropriate (advertise, chase documentation etc).
  • To Link all vacancies to ESR in line with service requirements and timescales.
  • Send and manage TRAC comms relating to the moving of vacancies through the recruitment 
    process from Advertising to Interview Outcome.
  • Build rapport and strong working relationships with hiring managers to coordinate a smooth 
    process for allocated vacancies.
  • To coordinate the communication with candidates throughout the advert to interview stages 
    to provide updates, reschedule interviews and manage expectations of next steps and 
    timescales
  • To readvertise vacancies as required.

Essential criteria
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent level of education or equivalent experience

Skills and Knowledge

Essential criteria
  • Accurate keyboard skills and the ability to create effective documents
  • Highly competent computer literacy including Microsoft Packages
Desirable criteria
  • To be competent in the use of TRAC

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar administrative post, working both under supervision and independently
  • Maintenance of filing systems and effective document management
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload to match management objectives
Desirable criteria
  • Experience of working in a Recruitment environment
  • Experience within a Recruitment role using e-recruitment systems
