The Director of Digital Innovation (DDI) is a non-voting executive leadership role responsible for driving EEAST's evolution into a digital and data-enabled ambulance service.

 The role demands a visible, inclusive and inspiring leader who can reshape organisational culture, processes, and capabilities to meet the expectations of the internet era while responsibly harnessing emerging technologies including artificial intelligence.

Accountable to the Chief Executive Officer, as a Corporate Director, the post holder will have joint corporate responsibility, with the executive leadership team, for the long-term strategic direction, corporate policy making, and development and delivery of the Trust’s vision, mission, values and objectives.
