Job overview

We are looking for a Senior Clinical Team administrator to join the Secure Services Blakeney ward Administration Team for a 6 month secondment. The team forms part of Blakeney wards low secure male admin team. 

The successful candidate will work with the Blakeney Administration Team providing ongoing day-to-day administrative processes including running and overseeing all the Blakeney wards administrative duties including, minuting, cash office, administration of incoming referrals and auditing an data handling associated with KPI reporting. They will work alongside other administrators within the Secure Service and assist the team to continually refine and improve the service offered. 

 

Main duties of the job

The ideal post holder will be very organised, with experience in administrative settings, and ideally have knowledge of healthcare/ the NHS.

The post holder will manage the workload of the Blakeney wards administration team, spanning the administration of incoming referrals, duties within our cash office and other day to day administrative processes that support the service. 

The post holder will have line management responsibilities for the other administrators within the Blakeney ward Administration team, working under the supervision of the Administration Manager and Ward Manager.
