Job overview

We are really excited to be able to recruit into the role of Medical HR Administrator …  This is where you come in, great ambition requires great staff.

We are looking for someone who is creative, able to manage the demands of multiple teams and stakeholders and has experience of working within a HR or Recruitment function.

We fully support flexible working, this is a part time role based at either our Norwich or Ipswich Office with the ability to work a mixture of home and office working.

Main duties of the job

As a busy team we have a responsibility to the applicant and to the hiring manager; we therefore work positively to make sure we provide a high level of customer service. This role will include interaction and communication with others. To many we are the first point of contact with the Trust, so we are looking for someone who can demonstrate they understand how key good communication and customer service is.

Medical Staffing is the team which supports our Medical workforce, we have around 300 doctors working for NSFT and the team offer support from recruitment and throughout the entire period of employment.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience of medical terms and conditions, however we recognise that these are niche skills so we are open to consider transferable skills which would suit this role such as being organised, methodical and proactive.

The team is committed to offering the best possible experience for our doctors and this requires us to work alongside other teams and the wider Trust.  This is a great opportunity to learn about medical staffing and payroll processes along with employment terms and conditions, acquiring essential administration skills in the process. We will expect you to share our passion for achieving excellence.

Working for our organisation

Here at NSFT we pride ourselves on being a welcoming, talented, friendly and supportive team who like nothing better than sharing experiences and learning from each other. In addition to ongoing training and development opportunities, we are committed to providing an environment in which you can thrive.

Why work for us? We have challenges as a Trust, but we have ambitious aspirations, are pushing ahead with exciting transformation work and we need dedicated individuals to support us on our journey. We have strong, established professional networks coupled with an exceptional leadership team who will ensure you are truly cared for and cared about.
