We are looking for an experienced receptionist/administrator for our Secure & Forensic Services in Norwich, Norfolk.  The role is a permanent position. We are looking for someone to work:

37.5 hours across a varied shift pattern from  06:30 - 14:30, 13:00 - 21:00 or mid 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday and 06:30 - 14:30 or 13:00 - 21:00 Saturday and Sunday & Bank Holidays. 

Main duties of the job

We are part of the Secure & Forensic Services for Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust and offer inpatient and outpatient services to the service users in our care.  We are a regional service covering Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. Northside House is  a medium secure mental health unit with two medium secure and one low secure wards and we are looking for an extremely professional, conscientious, calm and confident individual to be a part of the Reception / Administration Team. 

You must possess excellent time management skills, a positive approach and be able to remain calm under pressure. There will be, at times, face to face patient contact and the working environment can be very busy. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to confidently and sensitively deal with individuals who may sometimes be distressed or upset and maintain customer service standards at all times.

Previous administration experience is essential. Full training will be given for the specific role and our systems.
