Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is on a journey of improvement with a clear vision – we want to become safer, kinder and better for our service users, families, carers and our staff.
Communications and engagement is a vital part of this important journey. We want to make sure that our service users, families, carers, stakeholders and partner organisations know what we are doing, why we are doing things and the outcome – how we are improving outcomes and experiences.
Working in our communications and engagement team is undoubtably a rewarding and fulfilling experience. It’s a team where people support each other for who they are and the unique and valuable contributions they bring to the team. Coupled with value and support from the wider organisation, this new role is a unique opportunity to help us digitally and visually engage with our service users, families, carers, stakeholders and beyond.
If you’re experienced in producing quality videos, leading, developing and managing digital and social media platforms to effectively engage with people in Norfolk and Suffolk then we want to hear from you. We are passionate about high accessibility standards and being an inclusive organisation.
