Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust provides child and adult mental health services, learning disability, wellbeing, older people's and eating disorder services across Norfolk and Suffolk.

At any one time, around 23,000 people in Norfolk and Suffolk are receiving care and attention from the Trust. Nearly 3,800 full and part-time practitioners care for our service users in hospitals, in the community and in their own homes, whilst an additional 1,400+ staff provide non-clinical support, including cleaning, catering, delivering supplies, ward administration, information technology, human resources and financial services.

Our HR Business Partner Team is  passionate about using our diverse people and development focused expertise to grow a workforce that is capable, effective and healthy, and ultimately able to deliver great patient care.

Our current focus includes supporting cultural improvement, building on our highly successful and nationally recognised retention strategy, supporting a number of change management projects and developing system wide workforce solutions.

As HR Business Partner, you’ll be experienced and confident in your ability to create people focused solutions by understanding analytics and having the curiosity to ask the ‘right’ questions. You will be able to use this evidence-base on a daily basis to create insight, strategies and challenge. You will be highly self-motivated and energised in working autonomously as you partner your dedicated management teams to drive culture change and make a positive impact.

Working day to day on our strategic workforce goals, supporting your own 2 person "mini HR team" and collaborating with your fellow HR Business Partners, you will be able to support and implement strategic workforce change during a period of great opportunity and improvement in the Trust.

We welcome applicants  currently working with existing systems partners, looking for a secondment opportunity and applications from outside of the system looking to join our Trust for this 12 month period.
