We are accepting those with core professions from: mental health nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers.  (You will require an up-to date registration)

We are a supported team currently made up of clinical psychology, systemic family therapy, trainee cognitive behavioural therapists and mental health practitioners which are from a variety of professional backgrounds. Our team will be offering young people evidence-based interventions such as psychoeducational work, individual CBT and family therapeutic work aimed at helping our young people and their families to cope with the move on from their unusual experiences.  TIDES practitioners work with small manageable caseloads and hold an integrated approach to the care we provide.  You will be holding cases as under CPA.

You will be joining a supportive environment, with regular clinical team meetings, reflective  practice and opportunities to work with the wider MDT, as well as working independently.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, have a good interpersonal skill, is flexible in their approach, and is enthusiastic about working with young people and young adults, to help live the lives they want to.

Working for our organisation
