A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and innovative clinical skills educator to join our community care team.
There may be an opportunity for the successful candidate to increase their hours and hold a case load alongside their educator position.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will provide competency based training across our Integrated care teams and supported discharge service.
The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated and able to work independently in a rapidly changing environment.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Professional Healthcare qualification
- Recognised Teaching and Assessing or equivalent qualification
Desirable criteria
- Evidence of specialist training
- Undertaken the Quality Assurance process by Health Education Yorkshire and the Humber
Experience
Essential criteria
- Post Registration experience
- Broad range of clinical experience
- Experience of clinical skills teaching
- Evidence of Professional development in applicants related specialty
Desirable criteria
- Experience at band 6 level
- Knowledge of audit and research
- Experience of developing Training Needs Analysis for multidisciplinary teams
- Experience of working in a community setting
Applicant requirements
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
