An exciting opportunity has arisen at Harrogate District foundation Trust to strategically as well as operationally lead the RPA programmes, working closely with SRO's. 

Experience in project management is a must as the post holder will be required to work across departments at  all levels of the organisation to diagnose, design and deliver RPA implementation programmes. As well as being technically competent, the successful candidate will need to have proficient interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation.

The post holder is responsible for line management of staff within the team as delegated by the Associate Director of Performance. This includes objective setting, identifying training & development requirements and undertaking appraisals.

The post holder will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) service, including workforce and budget control, solution development and managing the integration of these into, and between, existing systems. Providing cost-effective, risk-controlled, robust, reliable, responsive and secure automation solutions.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be required to strategically as well as operationally lead the RPA programmes, working closely with SROs. Experience in project management is a must as they will be required to work across departments and all levels of the organisation to diagnose, design and deliver RPA implementation programmes. As well as being technically competent, the post holder will need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation.

The post holder is responsible for line management of staff within the team as delegated by the Associate Director of Performance. This includes objective setting, identifying training & development requirements and undertaking appraisals.

The post holder will be both a manager and a subject matter expert able to offer a source of training, support and development for others. Working independently and as part of the wider service, the role will include: participating in all aspects of RPA team management; system integration; solution development; signing off controls and standards and technical implementation across the entire automation development lifecycle whilst maintaining system security and data integrity
