The four acute Trusts in Humber and North Yorkshire have come together to form the Collaboration of Acute Providers (CAP), to work together on transformational change programmes at scale. Our aim is to use our collective expertise and resources across the acute sector to ensure that people who use our services have timely access to the same standard of high-quality acute care wherever they live and are supported to achieve their best health.

The Collaboration of Acute Providers is hosted by York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and is an integral part of the Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care System. As a system we are embarking on major transformational change across our diagnostic services. As part of a dynamic Programme Team, we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced people to drive our change programme and deliver on our ambitions for our patients.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

As Programme Director of the Humber and North Yorkshire Diagnostic Programme you will manage the day-to-day programme deliverables. The post holder will utilise best practice programme management and implementation methodologies that will govern the delivery of the programme. The post holder will identify and mitigate significant strategic and operational risks to the delivery of the programme and will work proactively and collaboratively with all stakeholders.

The post holder will manage the overall scope, objectives and priorities for the programme dynamically as requirements evolve and manage key interdependencies and manage stakeholder involvement and buy in to the programme and its benefits. The post holder will manage the resolution of any major business risks and issues that may impact the delivery of the programme.

The post holder will ensure that the programme is delivered to a high-quality standard and positively impacts delivery of health care as well as inspiring Acute Trust, CAP and ICS staff, modelling leadership behaviours.

  • Extensive specialist knowledge of managing/delivering Diagnostic services
