Job overview

The Welland Centre is looking to appoint an Administrator who is flexible and enthusiastic to further enhance the existing administrative team currently in place.

You must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills and be able to prioritise work .

You will also need to be proficient at Word and Excel.

Main duties of the job

  • To provide day to day general administrative and support to the ward teams, including Eroster, Easy Expenses and ESR.
  • To maintain up-to-date and accurate spreadsheets.
  • To assist in ensuring all paperwork and any required
  • Attend staff meetings and all mandatory training as required.
  • To man the Welland Reception as required.
