Senior Developer - Power Platform

Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the busy DTS Digital Development, Integration & Automation Team as a Senior Developer within a CQC-rated outstanding Trust. This post is perfect for a highly motivated, organised and methodical individual ready for the challenge of supporting an IT department servicing around 6000 Healthcare users.

Main duties of the job

The main responsibilities will be with regards developing, implementing and maintaining a range of data automation solutions and related technologies in support of business needs and improved patient care across the local community. The post will lead in finding effective and innovative technological solutions to data automation and integration challenges, working closely with others in the DTS Digital Development, Integration & Automation Team and operational colleagues.

 The post holder must be educated to IT degree level (or equivalent). They must have experience of Power Platform technologies as well as MS Forms and Teams. In addition, the post holder would demonstrate experience of data automation development within SQL and 365 environments, including relational database design, T-SQL code, SSIS, SSRS. Experience in messaging standards such as HL7, FHIR, JSON as well as related technologies including RPA, API Integration would be beneficial.

 It is essential for the post holder to be able to work independently and manage a demanding workload, ensure deadlines are met.
