Job overview

We have an exciting opportunity to join and support our highly motivated Information Governance Team which prides itself on providing information governance support and expertise.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual, able to work flexibly and to tight deadlines, demonstrating excellent time management skills. As part of a team, you will be responsible for providing skilled administrative support enabling the effective control of information governance services.  You will understand how to approach resolving complex queries alongside supporting the delivery of records management practices.

Main duties of the job

You will have sound IT skills and a commitment to provide excellent customer service and be a team player with a flexible attitude to your day-to-day work. Experience of working in an information governance environment would be desirable but not essential.

Working for our organisation

NHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community. Because we put the person at the centre of all we do, we focus on delivering care that is as easy to access as possible. This means many of our services can be provided at home, work or in schools. We also provide health services to various prisons and detention centres in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
