Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to undertake the role of Clerical Officer/Receptionist within our health centres. As a member of the administration team you will ensure a high quality reception and efficient administration service is provided to staff and patients. This post is based at Cotgrave Health Centre
Main duties of the job
You will be required to have good written and verbal communication skills as the role entails liaising with staff, clients and other agencies at all levels. You may be required to work at other health centres across the county so ability to travel a necessity.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
You should have previous reception, clerical and computer experience, good keyboard skills and be educated to GCSE or equivalent level, with NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration.
You should be able to work on your own initiative and be flexible to work within Health Centres across the region covered by Local Partnerships.
Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled worker visa.
Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.
