Trosolwg o'r swydd
A key aspect of this role is to combine protected leadership sessions alongside clinical GP sessions. Being clinically active maintains credibility and brings support to the practice as well as providing opportunities to test and refine processes operationally.
A clinical lead position is available at Parliament Street Medical Centre, one of NCGPA’s GP sites from April 2025.
The practice clinical lead is a pivotal role in the practice team, providing leadership support and exemplifying the professional approach required to deliver high quality services to patients and staff alike. We are looking for a GP colleague to continue developing the supportive culture within the practice alongside the practice management team that reflects NCGPA’s vision for a quality driven, supportive workforce model providing the best care possible for its patients.
The clinical lead role is part of NCGPA’s service clinical leadership network, supported by the medical directorate with the opportunity to meet regularly with all NCGPA’s clinical leaders to provide support and development within its innovative salaried model.
