An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Administration Manager to join the Clinical Genetics Services team based on the City Hospital
Campus
The Administration Manager is primarily responsible for the oversight and line management of the administration team. This is overlapped
with some service management responsibilities to provide progression opportunities and variation in the role.

We are looking for a confident, well-motivated, reliable and pro-active individual to support and manage the administrative team across the
service, bringing new ideas to improve the service provided to our patients across Nottinghamshire and the surrounding areas. This role includes
the opportunity to work closely on projects to improve and transform the service.
Line management of the administrative and clerical staff including staff recruitment, training and development.
To contribute to the delivery of ambitious targets by supporting the senior management team to continually improve performance within the service
Manage appraisals and mandatory training compliance whilst maintaining an efficient filing system.
To provide cover and management support to all members of the admin team in the absence of senior managers
To provide personal administrative support to the Associate Specialty General Manager, Speciality General Manager and Lead Speciality Clinicians as required.
