Main duties of the job

The role includes working on a busy outpatient reception desk. You will be the first point of contact for patients, family and staff coming into the department.

The main elements to the role include booking patients into Clinic,  booking appointments and completing clinic outcomes

Working on a busy outpatient reception desk

Meet patients, check and update personal information

Booking appointments

Deal with queries from patients and staff face to face and telephone

Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Ensure clinic outcomes are recorded in a timely manner

Present a professional, polite and courteous attitude at all times

  • To be educated to GCSE standard including Maths and English

Experience
