Band 6 Physiotherapist Neuro Rotation

Band 6

Trosolwg o'r swydd

We have new opportunities to join our fantastic neurological rotation as a Band 6 physiotherapist.  Two full time posts are available: one permanent role and a 9 month fixed term contract/secondment on our in-patient neuro rehabilitation unit.  This rotation covers our neuro specialities across both Queens  Medical Centre, Nottingham City Hospital and also the National Rehabilitation Centre (NRC) when it opens in Summer 2025.  The rotation includes: in-patient neuro rehabilitation, neurosciences, acute stroke, stroke rehabilitation,  neuro out-patients and Parkinson's out-patient rehabilitation.

The NRC will be a new, purpose-built 70-bed facility which will be built on the Stanford Hall Rehabilitation Estate near Loughborough, delivering a centre of excellence to improve rehabilitation services in England. It is co-located with the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre and will share some of the world class rehabilitation facilities. Thanks to an academic partnership led by the University of Nottingham and Loughborough University, research and innovation and training and education in rehabilitation will be embedded at the NRC and central to clinical practice.

We are looking for ambitious and dedicated professionals to join this journey to rehabilitation excellence, transforming outcomes for patients.

You will demonstrate highly skilled communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work both autonomously and within the team.
