Swydd ddisgrifiad a phrif gyfrifoldebau manwl

This is an exciting time for the EIP service as we are at the cusp of launching the At-Risk Mental State pathway and the right candidate would join us as the beginning of this journey and have the opportunity to shape this new element to the service. The EIP team prides itself on offering high quality evidenced based care to service users and their support network, but also being a warm and supportive team that looks out for one another.
