All patients then go on to receive rehabilitation on the ward and also where appropriate care in the community provided by the Early Supported Discharge team.

We are proud to have achieved an A rated service since August 2016 according to SSNAP. We are one of the top 10 Trusts in the country, and best in the East Midlands.
