A vacancy has arisen within our Call centre
This is a secondment opportunity for 20hrs until the end of March 2025
Join our dedicated team at King's Mill Hospitals, where your exceptional communication skills and customer service expertise will shine!
We provide an effective and efficient 'Call Centre' that handles all outpatient appointments and caters to general patient inquiries. As a Call Centre Clerk, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, meeting national and local targets, and adhering to our Trusts Access booking and choice policy.
The department works from 8am-8pm Monday-Thursday , 8am-6pm Friday and 8am-2pm Saturday. The successful candidate will be contracted to work various shifts within these hours.
