Knowledge Requirements
Essential criteria
- Computer literate with excellent keyboard skills
Desirable criteria
- Medical terminology
- Working knowledge of PAS and the NHS in general
Qualifications-Academic/Craft/ Professional
Essential criteria
- Good general education including English GCSE at grade C or above (or equivalent)
Desirable criteria
- European Computer Driving Licence
- NVQ Level II Admin or equivalent courses
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of working within an office environment
Desirable criteria
- Customer Care
- NHS experience
Contractual Requirements
Essential criteria
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines

- Diplomatic and tactful
