Job overview

An exciting opportunity is available for dedicated and compassionate Health  Care Support Workers to join our Neonatal/Transitional Care Unit at King's Mill Hospital. The post holder will actively support and contribute to an effective learning environment and promote a family-integrated approach to neonatal care. This role is integral in ensuring the well-being of neonates and their families under the guidance and supervision of qualified staff.

The successful candidate will assist in clinical tasks related to infant feeding, observe the condition of babies and report any changes immediately to the Registered Nurse and support qualified healthcare professionals in minor procedures and preparation of babies for diagnostic tests.
