Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Computer literate, with experience of using a keyboard with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of NHS or service provider in general
- RSA II, ECDL, NVQ 3 or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of databases, spreadsheets ie PAS, Excel or similar applications
Desirable criteria
- Sound office clerical background experience
Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Good general education with GCSE English at grade C or above equating to NVQ 2 or equivalent work experience
