We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Team.
Are you highly motivated, driven, with exceptional communication and great customer service skills? We are looking for the right person who is eager to support and guide end users in the use of clinical IT systems. Offering support via phone, email or the NHIS customer portal. We are a collaborative team, working across different local organisations to achieve shared goals, ultimately to provide the highest level of both customer service and patient care.
Application Support Team offer support, administration and a configuration service on clinical systems both nationally and locally. The NHIS Application Support Team administer a large number of systems and clinical applications across Acute Care, Primary Care and Community healthcare settings. The service manages and maintains a range of applications used by staff within the NHIS client base.
The Application Support Team provides an effective single point of contact for over 12,000 users to log, track and resolve all clinical application requests, problems and faults. We act as a single point of contact for our clients, local service desks, third party suppliers and national support teams.

- To have been educated to GCSE A-C Level qualification or equivalent standard
- Evidence of computer systems training to a minimum of ECDL or equivalent with evidence of ongoing personal and management development

- A basic understanding of the Standards that are applied to the protection of patient information within the NHS
- A working knowledge of the account and access management
- Experienced MS Office
