Are you passionate about supporting patient care through meticulous organization and attention to detail? We're seeking dedicated individuals to play a crucial role in our healthcare system by ensuring clinicians have the vital information they need for safe and effective patient treatment.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Facilitating emergency admissions by responding promptly to admissions ward requests
- Locating, retrieving, and preparing case notes for emergency admissions and outpatient clinics
- Maintaining the organization of medical case notes within our storage system
