Job overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly motivated person with excellent communication skills to join our admin and clerical team as a Records Assistant!

You will support the provision of a comprehensive, high quality secretarial and administrative service that is required for the smooth operation of this busy, friendly department. This post will be both challenging and rewarding and is fundamental to the delivery of an efficient service that supports the hospital and primary care.

  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Use of office equipment e.g. fax machine, photocopier
Desirable criteria
  • Knowledge of administration systems

Qualifications

  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent).
Desirable criteria
  • Any office based training

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Ability to work within an office environment.
Desirable criteria
  • General Office experience – tracking / filing.
