An opportunity has arisen in the Integrated Autism Service within Powys Teaching Health Board.
This is an exciting, busy and challenging time and we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Administrator to work within the team to act as a single point of receipt for all referrals (including self-referral).
Main duties of the job
Expected to follow appropriate systems, policies and procedures whilst ensuring efficient and accurate recording of data. Excellent ICT/typing skills are paramount, and timely and skilled communication is essential to ensure service user experience is always satisfactory.
The post requires attention to detail, enthusiasm, flexibility and resilience to work with a developing forward-thinking service. The ability to communicate effectively and build rapport and effective relationships at all levels is essential.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Supporting all administrative needs of the IAS Team as a single point of access.
Develop systems and templates to support and organise IAS activity including scheduling of appointments.
Liaising with service users and families, General Practitioners (GPs) and other referrers plus multi disciplinary professionals to provide integrated assessment, diagnosis, support and care.

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office based application inc Excel, Outlook and Word
- Setting up new systems and procedures (electronic and manual)
