Job overview
The post holder will provide a comprehensive administrative service to the service and will be responsible for a variety of front of house activities and being a first point of contact for the service. In addition to this the post holder will be required to demonstrate appropriate computer literacy and data management skills.
The post holder will need to have a high level of personal and professional organisational skills, self-motivation and flexibility in approach and attitude. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing will be essential along with the ability to work in a collaborative manner with a wide variety of Health and Social Care Professionals, service users and partner organisations.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
You will need to have good customer service skills and be able to work as part of a team. You must be computer literate and able to work under pressure in a variety of jobs. Knowledge of WPAS would be advantageous.

- • Qualifications and/or Knowledge : Experience and an ability to prepare detailed reports Experience of using Microsoft Office software
- • Experience : An excellent communicator at all levels within and outside an organisation including an ability to communicate effectively with patients and members of the public
