Job overview

The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation 
and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and 
cooperatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families. 

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, forward-facing, patient-centered individual to join our excellent nursing team at Bronllys Hospital.

We are looking for an individual who can work well as part of a multidisciplinary team, who is caring and kind and wants to develop their clinical leadership skills. You will be expected to work as an autonomous practitioner with the support of the ward manager, senior nursing and therapies staff.
