In BNSSG, we are leading a ground-breaking, co-produced transformation programme to ensure people with mental health (MH) needs receive prompt local support. We are launching new MH and Wellbeing Integrated Network Teams, an urgent access model via NHS111 and introducing evidence-based treatment pathways. Our goal is to unite NHS, Social Care & VCSE services to provide comprehensive integrated care that addresses the full spectrum of people’s needs. We need a dynamic leader with exceptional partnership, influencing & communication skills to oversee this transformative programme alongside the MH System Executive Director. You will work closely with a diverse range of partners, especially individuals with Lived Experience, to ensure teams deliver trauma-informed and culturally inclusive care that supports all BNSSG communities. Your strong programme management skills will be crucial in coordinating all aspects of this transformation including commissioning, HR, finance, estates, and digital workstreams.
