Job overview

The post holder will be required to provide a comprehensive administration and service co-coordinator role to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the IDS / Care Transfer Hub (CTH) on a daily basis.

 

Main duties of the job

This role will involve assisting the IDS Lead with the operational performance of the CTH, ensuring key performance, quality and financial targets are met and the service is developed as per Divisional plans, and in accordance with BSW Integrated Discharge strategy.In conjunction with the IDS Lead, ensure staff performance is maximised.

  • • A Level/BTEC Level Qualification or Equivalent;
  • • Evidence of continued professional development (CPD).
Desirable criteria
  • • Degree Level Qualification or Equivalent;

Knowledge & Experience

Essential criteria
  • • In depth knowledge of Key NHS objectives and standards;
  • • Experience at a supervisor level of working in a complex acute healthcare setting
  • • Experience of working in a fast paced operational role
Desirable criteria
  • • Experience of working within clinical specialties.
