Flexible shifts Available for Band 6 Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist in the Emergency and Medical Therapy Team.

This post involves working as a Band 6 Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist in the Emergency and Medical Therapy Team at the Royal United Hospitals Bath.

This is a team of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists that work across the Emergency Department, Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) for the rapid assessment and discharge of a diverse spectrum of patients including medical, frailty and orthopaedic conditions. It is also part of the larger team supporting the Speciality Medical wards within the Trust giving the post holder a wide variety of experiences in multiple acute and long term conditions.

We are looking for a motivated team player who will advocate for patients needs whilst supporting flow in a fast paced front door multidisciplinary team. 

This is a 7 day service meaning flexible shift patterns are available between 08.00-19.00 Monday to Friday and 08.00-16.00 at weekends.

Mandatory training will be available via the Bank process and internal induction training and competency awareness is available as part of the post.
