Supervise the day-to-day work of the Systems Support Officers and provide them with training, support, and advice in relation to their duties.

Produce structured test scripts and test changes to Imaging systems, including new releases / enhancements and patches / bug-fixes, prior to their promotion to the next staging area and ultimately into live use, and assisting in the assessment of user training needs as necessary in relation to the changes.
