  • To provide psychological and / or neuropsychological assessment of clients (within older people CMHTs and YODs team) with highly complex conditions based on the appropriate use, interpretation, and integration of data from a variety of sources.
  • To provide (where appropriate) clinical supervision and training to colleagues within the designated psychology service (e.g., Assistant Psychologist) and to other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • To be compassionate in meeting the needs of clients, their carers and families.
  • (Where appropriate) to undertake formal research / service evaluations and, where suitably trained, to act as field supervisor for doctorate clinical psychology trainees.
  • To be pro-active in continual service improvement.
  • To promote, at all times, a positive image of people with mental health difficulties, of the older adult and psychology services and the wider Trust.
