Job overview

The role covers the Getting Help and Getting Advice pathways in North Lincolnshire.

The pathways include a range of psychological therapies (CBT, family therapy, and creative therapies) alongside a wider multi-disciplinary team from a range of professional backgrounds including nursing, social workers and AHPs.

The successful candidate will have experience of working within mental health and / or children’s services and have a solution focussed ‘can do’ attitude.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a candidate with experience of leadership, developing staff and a good understanding of both current CAMHS priorities and those developments moving forwards.

The team is forward thinking and strives to deliver the highest quality care within the resources available and a timely manner by working together and solution focussed.

The candidate will provide the operational leadership for the team and will be supported by clinical leads, they will be responsible for over-seeing the performance reporting, data capture and oversight of audit completion in the pathway; they will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, including monitoring of sickness, performance and staff development.

Essential criteria
  • A professional qualification e.g. Registered Mental Nurse (RMN), Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Art Therapist etc.
  • Current professional registration
  • Degree/diploma level supplemented by specialist qualification, training, experience, courses relevant to the care group
