Job overview
Applications are invited from motivated well organised individuals to assist in the provision of Catering Services to staff, visitors and patients via catering retail outlets and Vending Services.
This post is 21 Hours per week working evenings and 2 weekend out of 3.
Main duties of the job
- Must have Basic Food Hygiene certificate and an understanding/awareness of COSHH.
- Provide a positive customer focused service to all visitors, patients and staff
- Operate cash till, responsible for cashing up own till service.
- Prepare salads, sandwiches and basic food items
- Operate dishwasher, wash pans and crockery.
- Deep cleaning within Catering Department.
- Service of food and drinks to customer.
- Monitor temperature controls and record.
- To clean, fill and document vending fill up and stock levels.
- To provide snacks and sandwiches for functions/hospitality setting up areas as required.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels as required in the dining room areas.

- To have previous catering cash handling experience
