We are looking for a Medical and Clinical Administrator to join our BeeU Mental Health Admin Team.
BeeU are based across two sites one at Severn Fields Health Village Shrewsbury and Telford Langley School, we provide Children and Adolescent mental health services across the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin County.
You will be joining friendly, supportive, passionate colleagues, who are committed to providing excellent care to our service users and their loved ones.

Our administration offices are busy places and our clinical teams rely on our team to provide an efficient, effective service to support them in delivering the very best care to our patients.
The post holder will be working as part of a busy team responsible for providing a comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to Healthcare Professionals and/or named Consultants/ Pathway to achieve an effective and efficient administration service. You will plan and organisation appointments, meetings, clinics, rosters, diaries and activities along with producing clinical correspondence from a variety of sources including documents and digital dictation.

- To provide administrative and secretarial support to Healthcare Professionals and/or named Consultants/ Pathway as well as providing admin support to the wider clinical services
- Produce clinical correspondence from a range of sources
- Diary management of a medical professional or team planning appointments and clinics
- Use a variety of electronic systems (MS Office, RiO, MICAD, E-Proc)
- Manage and deal with calls from service users, families, carers, and other professionals
- Processing of prescriptions
- Dealing with emails from our centralised mailbox
