Job overview
The post holder will:
- Proactively monitor and track 18 week pathways in order to ensure that patient journeys are processed in a timely and efficient manner in line with nationally and locally defined targets.
- Will ensure that data is validated throughout the patient journey and inputted correctly into local systems.
- Will monitor report and track patient’s pathways, identifying and addressing potential breaches, data errors or pathway errors and escalating through the correct channels for remedial action.
- Build relationships and engage staff, service users and partners where applicable.
- Be a resource of RTT knowledge, ability and delivery.
