An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Gynaecology Waiting List Administration Assistant based within the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Directorate at the University Hospitals of North Midlands that could be right for you.

30 hours per week over 4/5 days

Main duties of the job

This role with be predominately based at  Royal Stoke,  within a small friendly but very busy team that is based within the Maternity Centre.

We are looking to appoint an administrative assistant to the gynaecology waiting list team.  You will have experience of basic administration duties and dealing with members of the public.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  •  Outstanding empathy and compassion
  • Able to use their own initiative
  • Organisational Skills
  • Experience of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Experience of UHNM Trust Systems
