An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Ward 78 on the Older Adults Wards at UHNM as a Diversional Therapist. This is an exciting new role that will support our most vulnerable older adult patients whilst they are in the hospital setting. This role involves working closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure we provide the highest standards of care to our most vulnerable older adults. 

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

To act of a central person on the ward areas to plan and deliver activities for our older adult patients.

Liaise with all members of the multidisciplinary team to provide individualised care and activities suited to the needs of the older adult patients.
