Could you help us provide great staff support? Are you looking for an exciting challenge working as part of a busy team? If so, you could start off your career supporting the admin function within the Organisational Development, Culture and Inclusion team and Learning Education and Widening Participation team, working whilst studying for a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship with the help and support from our fantastic teams. This exciting post will allow the successful candidate to gain experience and knowledge in a wide range of activities.

As part of the Organisational Development, Culture and Inclusion remit our team looks after staff experience and wellbeing along with supporting staff through their leadership development and statutory and mandatory training.

Alongside this you will also being supporting our Learning, Education and Widening Education team with processing Work Experience Placements.

Main duties of the job

To be successful in this role you must:

The post’s main base is Royal Stoke University Hospital; however there may be a requirement to travel to the County Hospital (transport is available via the hospital link bus).

Apprenticeship

This is a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship and as part of the role you will attend regular meetings with your supervisor and assessor, and attend training sessions leading to an Apprentice Certificate in Business Administration. This consists of a National Vocational Qualification, a technical certificate and key skills.
