An opportunity for permanent two Full-time Administrators to join our friendly and supportive team. We are looking for a conscientious and reliable person to work as Team Administrator at Runnymede and Spelthorne Community Mental Health Recovery Service which based over Chertsey and Staines.
We are a community-based service, providing specialist treatment and support for people who have severe and enduring mental health problems living in the Woking area who are registered with a local GP. The post holder will be responsible for the provision of a high quality administrative and secretarial service to the multidisciplinary team. You will need to have good organisational and interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and experience in a busy office environment. We are looking for a person who is hard working, flexible and able to prioritise their work.
If you are successful at the interview, you will attend an admin assessment remotely on a date agree by the HR office. Please note that the assessment will not schedule on the same date of interview.
Main duties of the job
- Receive & process referrals.
- Process discharge paperwork & update system accordingly
- Type all letters for the team.
- Book apts on patient record system/ update case notes on patient record system as required.
- Take minutes at team meetings & transcribe accurately.
- Answer tel calls & relay messages in timely manner.
- General admin tasks, i.e., typing/copying/scanning/printing/laminating etc.
- Provide support to team members in setting up rooms for meetings.
- Check & book rooms for other team members.
- Receive/respond/forward emails in appropriate manner.
- Monitor & raise purchase requisitions for stationary/supplies/services such as interpreters for the team.
- Arrange clinic appointments.
