Job overview

In late 2019, ESTH was successful in receiving c. £500m of capital as part of first wave of the Hospital Infrastructure Programme. This enabled our commissioners to consult the public on three development options: a new hospital at Epsom, St Helier or Sutton. This was summarised in a Pre-Consultation Business Case (PCBC).

Public consultation will end on 1 April 2020, with a final decision expected through a DMBC in Summer 2020. After this point, we will have a mandate to develop the Outline Business Case (OBC) for the re-configuration of acute services at ESTH based on our commissioner’s decision.

This role will be part of the team that leads on the development of the OBC and the IHT Programme. The role will support the daily coordination, planning, communication and organisation for the IHT programme.
