There is an exciting opportunity for newly created roles as Band 4 Nursing Associates to join our team on the AMU. We currently have vacancies at Epsom Hospital on the Acute Medical Unit to work in a friendly, fast paced, exciting area.

We are currently starting the pathway for qualified Nursing Associates to progress through the Nursing Apprentice scheme to become a Band 5!

Main duties of the job

We have vacancies for band 4 nursing associates  who value team working, are enthusiastic and have both the desire and drive to provide our patients with respect and outstanding care. . In return, we can offer the opportunities for you to enhance your clinical skills as well as provide you with the right development and support from both the multi-disciplinary and clinical practice teams in order for you to achieve to your full potential. Posts are offered on a full time or part time basis however, flexible working may be considered.

Essential criteria
  • Foundation Degree in Nursing.
  • GCSE/Functional skills in English & Maths level 2
  • Trained Nursing Associate
  • Registered with the NMC.
Desirable criteria
  • Knowledge of Clinical Audit and Clinical Governance

  • Understand requirements for NMC professional revalidation
