Band 2 Receptionists – Guildford Borough Council Ward

Working a full shift pattern (days / evenings to incorporate the following hours from 8am to 8pm (2 x 6 hour shifts) seven days a week, 365 days of the year including bank holidays.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for Receptionists to work on our friendly reception desk in Guildford Borough Council ward.  The successful candidates will undertake a variety of reception duties including processing Patient data. You will also act as a focal point of communication between Patients and Medical / Clinical staff.

The successful candidates will have a friendly and professional attitude, good IT and organisational skills and be able to accurately complete / input data. The successful candidate will also need to be able to deal with difficult and stressful situations with courtesy and empathy.
