Patient Pathway Assistant 20 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a band 3 Patient Pathway Assistant to join our Pain team.

The role will comprise of making appointments ,answering the phones and admin support for the COPE ( Centre of Pain Education team ) .

The postholder will assist the provision of the highest quality patient care through dedicated administrative clerical support t medical and nursing staff

The posthoder will need to ensure they are customer focused and a knowledgeable point of contact

Main duties of the job

Knowledge and use of IPM/ICM and hospital systems are essential for this role

You will be making appointments and seeing patients through their pathway and treatment plans and updating IPM in a timely manner along with general office duties.
